Responsibilities:

Job Highlights

  • Technical Support on Windows , environment and Microsoft 365
  • supports Hong Kong, Japan, & Taiwan staff
  • Work closely with internal entities
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Technical support to evaluate problems
  • Handle the Urgent case
  • provide valid recommendations in standard support documentation

Requirements:

Immediate Available is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills are required 
  • Experience and Familiar Technical Support on Windows , environment and Microsoft 365
  • Coordinate with service desk 
  • Solid knowledge in Wintel platform environments
  • Proactive, Independent, and able to work under pressure 

Academics:

·         Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Option - Good in Putonghua is an advantage.

·         Strong language skill is an advantage
