Responsibilities:
Job Highlights
- Technical Support on Windows , environment and Microsoft 365
- supports Hong Kong, Japan, & Taiwan staff
- Work closely with internal entities
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Technical support to evaluate problems
- Handle the Urgent case
- provide valid recommendations in standard support documentation
Requirements:
Immediate Available is an advantage
- Strong communication skills are required
- Experience and Familiar Technical Support on Windows , environment and Microsoft 365
- Coordinate with service desk
- Solid knowledge in Wintel platform environments
- Proactive, Independent, and able to work under pressure
Academics:
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Option - Good in Putonghua is an advantage.
· Strong language skill is an advantage
