Position:
IT Helpdesk
Responsibilities:
Work with Global TechHub support team
Work under HKSAR IT Service Desk(Service Managers, International Technical teams and customer support).
Troubleshoot the IT service and support.
Escalate/triage issues to technical teams
Engage with Fidelity business end-users support.
Provide technical advice and assistance to end-users in relation.
Requirements:
IT experience, with proven technical support experience
Solid knowledge of desktop environments Windows 10 and Desktop.
Mac support experience preferred.
Office 365 is advanced
Strong/Effective communication on ENGLISH.
