Server Administrator - Kwun Tong

Responsibilities:

The Resident Support Engineer(s) shall possess the following professional qualifications and experience.

• Understand, analyze customer requirements for deploying to achieve solution requirement.
• Strong knowledge of IT products like Active Directory, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Sharepoints
• Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) or security applications
• Websense proxy appliance,
• VMware,
• Symantec ProxySG gateway, etc.

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in support, service and implement
• Firewall knowledge. E.g. Juniper Firewall/ Fortigate,
• Server side knowledge and experience
• Microsoft AD and Exchange Design, Deploy and troubleshoot skillset
• Microsoft Azure Design, Deploy and troubleshoot skillset
• Good communication skills and team player
• Good customer and vendor handling skills

Academics:

• Holder of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent;
• Microsoft Azure Certifications
• Over 2-years hands-on working experience in administration and operation of network router, switch, firewall, proxy server, VPN gateway
• Windows server and software distribution systems.
• Related discipline and experience
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
