Our client:
Our client is a market global leading FMCG company. They are looking for a high caliber Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Manager to join their energetic team.
Your role:
- Develop and execute all market strategies including of ATL/BTL and communication plans to deliver annual target and gain market share.
- Establishing Brand positioning and pricing strategies.
- Work on annual A&P budget planning with monthly monitoring and control
- Work closely with marketing team and designers on visual materials for online and social media platform, ensure align with brand guidelines
- Conduct market researches, both qualitative and quantitative, to understand the market trend, consumer needs and behaviors so as to identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Marketing experience from FMCG industry for at least 2 years+ (Hong Kong market)
- Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and take up new challenges
- Good business sense, logical mind-set with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
