Responsibilities:
- The Resident Support Engineer(s) shall possess the following professional qualifications and experience.
- Understand, analyze customer requirements for deploying to achieve solution requirement.
- Strong knowledge of IT products like Active Directory, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP)
- Websense proxy appliance,
- Juniper Firewall/ Fortigate Firewall,
- VMware,
- Symantec ProxySG gateway, etc.
- Good customer and vendor handling skills
Requirements:
- Holder of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent;
- Holder of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent;
- Over 2-years hands-on working experience in administration and operation of network router, switch, firewall, proxy server, VPN gateway
- Windows server and software distribution systems.
