About the job IDC Customer Services Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for liaison and escalation with customer on IDC post-sale service issue especially VIP customer
· Coordinate with IDC vendor to fulfill the post-sale service requirement of customer such as drill, site audit, etc
· Responsible for service review meeting with customer, collect feedback, provide recommendations for improvement, proactively communicate with customer and seek for business opportunity
· Provide tailor-made VIP customer operation procedure and monthly report
· Ensure executions of service strategy and service measurements are met, manage customer complaints and take lead to continuously improve customer and business partner satisfaction
· IDC site daily operation, resource assignment and on-site project delivery
Requirements:
· Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of experience, major in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electricity or similar fields
· Knowledge in data center facility, transmission or IP network will be an advantage
· Excellent in communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, dedicated and self-motivated
· Good team player, strong customer oriented service mind and able to work under pressure
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
