IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Helpdesk support to internal users;
• Assisted clients with general support for hardware, peripherals, network connections, and internal software;
• Good customer and vendor handling skills

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of experience in Technical Field all rounded IT support in the office;
• Candidates must be highly fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• preferably with solid large scale IT end user support experience with remote support tools.
