Helpdesk/Customer Service administrator

Responsibilities:

Job Highlights

  • Identifying customer needs and update into ticket systems.
  • Monitor and review the assigned tickets and update to Management teams.
  • Handle incoming service requests, incidents(problems) via phone, in person, remote control or email, ticket systems, etc.
  • Record calls into the call logging system
  • Follow up the tickets status and coordinate with on-site support teams.
  • Inventory update and record.
  • Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assign.

Requirements:

Immediate Available is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Good team player(Good team leader to drive motivation and skill up the team)
  • Basic/relevant IT knowledge
  • Proactive, Independent, and able to work under pressure

Academics:

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are advanced.
  • Option - Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Option - Strong language skill is an advantage
