Head Nurse of Outpatient (OPD) Area

The Head Nurse (Principal Nursing Officer) of OPD Area is a key member of the hospital clinical management team whose primary role is to focus primarily to oversee all nursing care in the assigned areas. The incumbent will ensure transparency in all matters pertaining to facility.

Education and Experience profile:

• B.Sc. Degree in Nursing or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institution is essential
• Post-Graduate Qualification (Diploma or Masters) in Administration, Management, Hospital Management or the equivalent from a recognized Institution/University is essential
• Must be registred with Uganda Nurses & Midwives Council
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant working experience as Registred Nurse
• At least 8 years as Clinical Management
