Nurse Supervisor - Ward Manager of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART)

The Nurse Supervisor Ward Manager of the Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) Unit is responsible for overseeing the nursing care and daily operations within the unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role involves managing the nursing team, coordinating with physicians, supporting patients throughout the reproductive process, and optimizing clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes. The position requires a compassionate leader with strong clinical expertise in reproductive health, fertility treatments, and nursing management.

Education and Experience profile:

• Bachelor of Science degree in either Nursing, Midwifery or its equivalent from a recognized University/Institution
• Possession of a Diploma in a specialized field will be of added advantage
• Must be registered with Uganda Nurses & Midwives Council
• Post Basic Diploma in Maternal Nursing preferred
• Minimum eight (8) years as Registered Nurse in Obstetrics, or equivalent
• Proven and tracked experience in ART
