Facility Manager

The Facility Manager at the International Specialised Hospital of Uganda (ISHU), envisioned as a Joint Commission International (JCI)-accredited specialty hospital, oversees the operation, maintenance, and strategic management of the hospitals physical infrastructure and facilities.

This role ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant environment that supports high-quality patient care and aligns with JCI standards, international healthcare regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA, CMS), and local laws.

The Facility Manager leads the facilities team, manages maintenance and construction projects, and collaborates with clinical and administrative departments to maintain a world-class healthcare facility that enhances patient safety and operational excellence.
