Position Overview

The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions of the International Specialised Hospital of Uganda (ISHU), which is intended to be a Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited international specialty hospital. This role ensures compliance with JCI standards, Uganda Employment laws and regulations, and international healthcare regulations while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The HR Manager will manage recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and policy development to support the hospitals mission of delivering world-class patient care.
