Assistant Nursing Officer Medical Wards

The Assistant Nursing Officer of Medical Wards is a key member of the hospital clinical team. He / She delivers safe, competent, individualized patient centered holistic care to an optimum level by utilizing nursing process. Provides general nursing care in the In-Patient Wards. Assesses & Evaluates patients and ensures that the clinical expectations and performance in these Wards, resulting in excellent outcomes.

Education and Experience profile:

• Diploma in General Nursing or Diploma in Comprehensive Nursing from recognized institution.
• Must be registred and licenced by the Uganda Nurses & Midwives Council. 
• Post-basic Diploma qualification is preferred
• At least three (3) years of experience in big hospitals (at least RRH or private facilities), in Uganda.
• At least 1 (one) year of experience in area of specialty.
