Job Description.
Experience: 8-11 Years
Department: After Sales
Education- B.tech, MBA will be a plus.
Purpose of the role: To manage both the customer and the customer's interactions with other employees and departments to ensure a greater lifetime
value for customers with an aim to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and sustainable and profitable aftersales
revenue.
1] Will be responsible for customer delight, improving customer satisfaction through enabling the on-site support team of Resident maintenance engineers
2] Need to be a technical expert in maintenance and engineering concepts, control philosophy, team management, monitoring and review system and team performance
3] Must be active in resolving customer issues and escalations, act as a level 2 support for site issues
4] Ensure repeat AMC contracts/ repeat order from the customer
5] Must be open to travel extensively to the customer locations to meet the team and customer.
6] Good Communications skills- Written and Verbal both
