Job Profile :
- Identifying Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends.
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Identify new product or service opportunities based on market demand and feedback.
- Create Customer Profile and Review
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions and services.
- Drive sales efforts to meet revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with agencies to ensure business growth.
- Develop new alliances to expand the company's market reach and capabilities.
- Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities, pricing, and positioning.
- Utilize competitive insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Contract Negotiation and Compliance:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Identify contract manufacturing opportunities through proper negotiations and ensure compliance on contractual obligations and ensure profitability.
- In licencing and Out Licencing
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Forecast sales targets and monitor progress towards achieving sales goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Gather feedback from clients to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and enhance customer experience.
- Industry Networking and Events:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.
