1. Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions to support Workplace Service Delivery or Field Service Management processes.
2. Utilize expertise in Next Experience Workspace and case management development to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
4. Provide support to the ServiceNow Architect in architectural decisions and implementation strategies.
The Senior ServiceNow Developer - Workplace Service Delivery will be responsible for the following tasks:
Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect and stakeholders to gather requirements and define use cases for Workplace Service Delivery or Field Service Management solutions.
Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, including Next Experience Workspace and case management functionalities.
Implement enhancements and new features to improve user experience and streamline workflows.
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
Provide input and support to the ServiceNow Architect in architectural decisions and implementation strategies.
Document technical specifications, development processes, and best practices.
The Consultant shall provide the following deliverables:
Developed and customized ServiceNow solutions to support Workplace Service Delivery or Field Service Management processes.
Unit testing results and documentation to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
Technical documentation, including technical specifications and development processes.
Regular progress updates and status reports to the ServiceNow Architect and relevant stakeholders.
Essential
4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on Workplace Service Delivery or Field Service Management.
Proficiency in Next Experience Workspace and case management development within the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Desirable:
Certification in ServiceNow development (e.g., Certified Application Developer).
Knowledge of Health and Safety, Facilities Management, and Asset
Management processes and workflows.
Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
