Job description:
Interacting with clients located in PAN India
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing
Perform market research
Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team
Crush sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Knowledge of Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Business Analysis & Upcoming Business Models will be a Plus
Preparation of O&M Sales Costing
Scan the Tender Info mails on a regular basis for identifying assignments which the company can bid for. Attend Prebid meetings and initial client meetings and coordinate with the respective department heads Should be familiar with Contract terms. Terms related to O&M Sales is must.
Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities and managing / expanding existing customer relationships Open to travelling extensively
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Track performance of O&M and generate alerts in the event of any under performance
Candidates background
Bachelor's Degree in electrical, Electronic Engineering.
Around 12 + years of experience in Wind / Renewables Segment.
Knowledge of O&M service offerings / SOW to Wind & Hybrid Renewable power plants, including
Electrical Balance of Plant starting from output of PV Modules to Grid Connection.
In-depth practical knowledge of Ground mounted, Multi-MW capacity, Wind Plants Operation and maintenance.
Knowledge of PV Syst Calculations.
Knowledge of latest Technologies and O&M practices used to enhance / increase energy yield of Wind /Hybrid Renewable plants.
Knowledge of Power Quality (PQ) enhancement technics and practices is highly desirable.
Good command over English (spoken and written) with expertise to articulate the proposal.
Professional word jugglery in English is highly desirable.
Good listener and strategize before action.
Very good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to frequent business trips. Self-reliance; reliability and creativity. Problem solver, Goal-oriented.
Strong communication skills to influence and challenge bid team members and even senior personnel where necessary, and facilitate and negotiate with multiple, geographically dispersed, internal stakeholders.
High proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc. Sound commercial understanding and risk management skills.
Strong process, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to multi-task on several different bids as required.
An easy-going yet professional manner - calm under pressure, and with a well-developed awareness of teamwork to get the best from a virtual team.
