IT Application Support Manager/Senior Analyst

Looking for an IT Manager/Senior analyst to provide application, system and process support and maintenance as well as enhance automations when necessary. We are a leading supplier to the hospitality industry providing a variety of customized paper and plastic products such as key cards, key holders, notepads, pens, business cards and signage. Our customers are located in every state across the United States.

A core company value is to be a person of action. Fix things. The position reports to the owner and is anticipated to lead to expanding levels of responsibility and leadership. This position is responsible to solve issues as they arise, they will be the sole IT expert in the company.

This is a part-time position, working from home to regularly support the business tech needs, help settle any issues and ensure every platform is operating without issues. Enjoying working with a team is key, as you will be expected to be developing IT solutions and troubleshooting our automated processes as needed.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Respond to and correct software systems and automation issues. Ensure quote-to-order automation is working and syncs between Salesforce/Shopify/Airtable/QBO and Logiwa are maintained
  • Roll out customer portal (recently developed on Stacker with airtable data) to customers, ensure their accounts are working
  • Add/Modify products in Shopify, work with operations and graphic design to ensure products are priced correctly and have the correct photos
  • Be the Salesforce super user, add automations as necessary and develop reports to assist in the sales process
  • Document processes and applications
  • Additional projects as they arise

WERE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO IS:

  • Understands how applications work and can take a process and turn it into an automation
  • Jumps on issues as they arise turnaround time is key
  • Competitive and has a desire to achieve goals, quotas, and key metrics.
  • Action-oriented with limited supervision, who works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent at communicating (verbally and written) while knowing when to ask questions or get clarification.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-10 years of application support (Salesforce, Airtable, Zapier and Shopify mandatory)
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Desire to make every customer a highly satisfied customer.
  • Ability to understand the cost drivers of a complex product offering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic print industry and hospitality background desired, but not required.
  • Proficient with Gmail/Google Drive, Box, Slack, PersistIQ, and ability and willingness to learn other platforms.
  • Personable with ambition and rapport-building
  • English language skills
