𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: Up to 21 LPA

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: FC Road, Pune

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Provide technical leadership, aligning with business objectives and collaborating across teams.

- Design and architect Java applications using Spring framework and Hibernate.

- Ensure coding standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain high code quality.

- Oversee database design and optimization for Oracle and PostgreSQL.

- Analyze and optimize application performance for scalability.

- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new technologies.

- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining quality and deadlines.

- Document technical specifications and mentor team members.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

- Proficiency in Java and object-oriented design principles.

- Strong experience with Spring framework.

- Leadership skills with excellent communication.

- Knowledge of Hibernate ORM and database management.

- Strategic problem-solving ability and collaboration skills.
