The primary objectives of this assignment are:

1. Lead technical architecture efforts related to Workplace Service Delivery within the ServiceNow platform.
2. Utilize expertise in Health and Safety, Facilities Management, and Asset Management to design and implement tailored solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes and requirements.
4. Provide guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders on best practices and industry standards.

The ServiceNow Architect - Workplace Service Delivery will be responsible for the following tasks:
Lead technical architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with Workplace Service Delivery best practices and industry standards.

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to support Health and Safety, Facilities Management, and Asset Management processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and establish technical specifications.

Conduct feasibility studies and recommend optimal solutions based on business needs and technical constraints.

Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and design patterns.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of implemented solutions.

Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

The Consultant shall provide the following deliverables:
Architecture and design documents for Workplace Service Delivery solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Implemented ServiceNow solutions tailored to Health and Safety, Facilities Management, and Asset Management requirements.

Regular progress updates and status reports to the Information Systems Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Documentation of technical specifications, architectural decisions, and best practices.

Expected Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on Workplace Service Delivery.

Expertise in Health and Safety, Facilities Management, and Asset Management processes and workflows.

Proven track record in leading technical architecture efforts within the ServiceNow platform.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges.

Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Desirable: Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).

Previous experience with Workplace Service Delivery projects.

Knowledge of ServiceNow integration capabilities and APIs.
