𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Application Support Engineer (L1 Prod Support Analyst)
𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁: Up to 5 LPA
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Providing strong customer service and support in a high-quality service environment.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- 4 Years hands-on experience in application support
- ITIL foundation certification desired
- Basic SDLC knowledge
- 2 to 4 years' technical experience in web-based environments
- Strong technical skills: PL/SQL, Unix, shell scripting (Shell, Python)
- Familiarity with enterprise incident management, monitoring tools (CloudProber, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace)
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Collaborative teamwork and flexibility in working hours, including weekends and shifts.
