Salary Range : 20 LPA

Technical Skills:

· A minimum of 7 years of consulting in the implementation of Oracle Cloud across multiple clients.

· Should be proficient in HCM modules like:

· Core HCM & Benefits

· Talent & Recruiting

· US Payroll (Canadian experience)

· OTL / Workforce Scheduling

· Work with team to gather business requirements and translate those needs into software solutions. Define specifications for product configuration/development and testing. Use specifications to create detailed test cases and analyze results.

· Proven knowledge of modules within area of focus with strong business process understanding and acumen

· Hands on implementation experience in Oracle Cloud with a minimum of two (2) end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations

· High-level knowledge of end-to-end integrations spanning processes across Oracle Cloud modules

· Able to fully configure and test the Oracle Cloud modules in application track/workstream.
