Field Operations Lead

Job Purpose ;

The position Oversees the production process and coordinates all activities in the respective zone to ensure enough resources on hand, plan workers' schedules, executes as per costs and budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.

Core Responsibilities :

• Experience of handling the entire life cycle of cotton plant form preparation of soil till harvesting.
• Responsible for controlling of land preparation activities such as mulching, chiseling, discing, leveling and fertilizer application in assigned zone
• Supervise and coordinate the agronomic and machinery operations such as planting, irrigation, spraying and harvesting
• Manage & allocate the local manpower resources such as production supervisors, irrigators and other local staff
• Plan and execute the farming activities as per the directions given by Production unit Manager
• Prepare and circulate daily and weekly situation reports on the progress and status of the field activities.
• Support and share the work related to/with Production Unit manager
• Execution of plan of machinery utilization at field level
• working knowledge of Mandarin Language is must.

Education : Bachelors/ Masters degree in Agriculture

Experience

1 to 4 years experience in agriculture , Field Work and agri- extension work experience

with working knowledge of Mandarin Language.

Location - Qarshi / Syrdarya in Uzbekistan

Salary USD 1200 (Tax Free) p.m. plus bonus equivalent to one month salary, accommodation, transportation, Leave travel to India-once a year, Leave 30 days in a year.

Duration of the Contract- 2 Years. Extendable after 2 years.
