Role and Responsibility

· Servicing General Trade stores and increasing 24 Mantra Sales

• Meet Sales Target - Store and SKU wise, ensure stocks are available
• Meet collection Target - from Chain and Stand-alone stores

· Meet NRGP target Reduce Damages and Stock returns

PJP and Target setting

· Must prepare his/her PJP and Target.

• o INCREASING SKUS - Up grading the Store sales with new Articles and SKU
• o VISIBILITY IMPROVEMENT - for more facings and consumer connect
• o PRODUCT PROMO - Discussion and Motivation of Dealer / Buyers
• must convince the Shop keeper on the Health benefits of Organic products, should be able to communicate about
• o 24 Mantra
• o Product knowledge
• o Business Opportunities
• must judge the Store potential, Customer Walk-in and Collect PO for Saleable stocks for
• o selling full Range of products or

o selected Range Products
