Job Description:

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Process Trainer with a

Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience as a process and soft skill trainer, specifically in the BPO

industry with a focus on international outbound sales campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess

a total of 4 years of overall experience in BPO operations, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:

Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to international outbound sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.

Create engaging training modules covering both process-specific knowledge and essential skills.

2. Sales Process Training:

Conduct comprehensive training sessions focusing on the intricacies of international outbound sales processes.

Equip trainees with the necessary skills to effectively engage with potential clients, handle objectives, and achieve sales targets.

3. Soft Skills Enhancement:

Emphasize the development of soft skills such as efficient communication,

persuasion, and relationship-building to enhance the overall sales performance of trainees.

Provide targeted coaching to improve interpersonal skills required in a sales-oriented environment.

4. Content Creation:

Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and roleplaying scenarios, to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into training content.

5. Performance Evaluation:

Implement assessment mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with operations and quality assurance teams to address performance gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in the BPO industry, specifically in

international outbound sales campaigns.

The overall experience of 4 years in BPO operations.

Graduate with excellent communication skills.

Proven track record in designing and delivering efficient processes and soft skills training programs.

Strong understanding of international outbound sales processes and client expectations.

Ability to adapt training methodologies to accommodate diverse learner profiles.
