Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and onboarding mortgage brokerage companies in UAE. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales skills, have a proven track record of sales success, and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and onboard mortgage brokerage companies in UAE.
- Research potential clients and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and pain points.
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling, email, and in-person meetings.
- Present and pitch the company's services to potential clients and negotiate deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or High School diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of sales success and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
