Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven professional to support distributor development, regional market expansion, and B2B sales growth across GCC and East Africa.

The role is focused on building and managing a strong distributor and channel-partner network for specialty agri-input products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop distributors, importers, and agri-channel partners across GCC and East Africa
  • Expand B2B sales through distributor-led market development
  • Build relationships with commercial farms, agri-groups, NGOs, and institutional buyers
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and regional partners
  • Conduct market research on crop demand, pricing, and competitor positioning
  • Support product launches, distributor onboarding, and regional marketing initiatives
  • Maintain regular reporting on sales pipeline and market developments
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and business meetings where required

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in agri-inputs, fertilisers, bio-stimulants, or agriculture-related sectors preferred
  • Strong distributor-management and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of GCC and/or East African agricultural markets will be an advantage
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and execution-focused
  • Willingness to travel across regions when required
