Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing cybersecurity team. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, drive business growth, and promote cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background combined with a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends and solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Manage multiple accounts and identify and pursue sales opportunities with new and existing clients to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Understand client needs and tailor cybersecurity solutions to address their challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate cybersecurity products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide clients with insights on emerging cybersecurity threats and solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and account strategies for senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Completing sales-related administrative work, as required.
  • Follows up with the finance team to insure timely collection of invoices.
  • Participates with the marketing team in events covering all sales aspects and presenting company products and or any special offers to ensure gaining new customers.
  • Audits and supervises the company's database with all the customers information and contacts to ensure accuracy and updated information.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A Masters degree (MBA) or relevant certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+) is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection, network security, endpoint protection, and managed services.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Proven ability to consultatively sell technical solutions to senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite and understanding software, hardware, networks, etc.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients and working on complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, technologies, and market trends.
