Position Title: NDIS General/Admin VA

Salary Range: Php 35,000-40,000 per Month (FT)

Job Summary:

Seeking a proactive and skilled NDIS Customer Service Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Social Media Management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our services, managing our online presence, and providing excellent customer support to enhance client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional Client Interaction

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide virtual assistance to NDIS participants, ensuring seamless coordination of support services, including but not limited to scheduling, communication, and documentation.
  • NDIS Scheme Navigation

    • Utilize knowledge and experience with the NDIS to assist clients with navigating the scheme, understanding eligibility criteria, and accessing services.
    • Collaborate with NDIS participants, their families, and support networks to understand individual needs and preferences, offering personalized assistance and guidance.
  • Software Proficiency

    • Utilize Brevity/Shift Care software proficiently to manage schedules, appointments, and client information effectively within the NDIS framework.
    • Maintain accurate records, track progress, and generate reports as required, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and compliance with NDIS regulations and guidelines.
  • Administrative Support

    • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
    • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner to support the overall functionality of the NDIS services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) sector is a MUST.
  • With Social Media Management experience preferred.
  • Experience using Shift Care or Brevity platform preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • NDIS certification is acceptable.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to a virtual work environment.
  • Willingness to undergo any necessary background checks and training required for working within the NDIS framework.
