- Seeking a dedicated Technical and Compliance Administrator to join their team. This pivotal role ensures their products meet regulatory standards and that business processes comply with industry regulations.
- The successful candidate will provide technical support, oversee compliance with health and safety standards, and manage data recording and analysis to drive informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users promptly.
- Develop and update in-house technical documentation.
- Assist customers with device setup, usage, and maintenance.
- Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with Irish health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, especially for medical equipment.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance with HPRA and HSA guidelines.
- Data Recording and Analysis:
- Collect, record, and analyse operational data to support decision-making.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance, safety incidents, and technical interactions.
- Training and Development:
- Deliver training on compliance, safety protocols, and technical updates.
- Monitor industry and regulatory developments to update training materials.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and healthcare professionals to ensure product and service excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Health Sciences, or Compliance Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a technical support or compliance role, ideally in the medical equipment sector.
- Health and safety certifications are highly desirable.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in medical devices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Irish compliance standards.
- Proficient in data management and analysis.
