Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Third-level degree in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Chartered or working towards chartership.
• A minimum of 5+ years experience designing mechanical services installations preferably in healthcare, educational and commercial office sectors.
• Full, clean driving licence with access to your own transport.
• Revit BIM software required
