A well-established Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Role:

• Manage the creation of detailed Cost Plans for complex projects, using various techniques and software, and oversee data compilation for analysis.
• Develop long-term cash forecasts for projects, analyse results, and minimize cash outflow while maximizing inflow.
• Identify unfavourable terms in contracts and negotiate with clients and employers.

Requirements:

• 3rd level degree Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years industry experience, having worked on commercial / residential projects.
• 4+ Years experience in the Irish Construction Industry.
