Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Professional Painter to join our maintenance team. The role involves painting residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and patching.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces.
• Ensure precision and quality in all painting tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety regulations and work efficiently in different environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional painter.
• Ability to paint houses and commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English required (Spanish speakers preferred).
