About the job Client Services Lead
HR Collaboration
o Review FTEs daily attendance with HR team communication
o Understand different leave types
o Plan and distribute the FTEs annual and pre-regularization performance reviews
o Increases and bonuses
o Give client updates on new/changes in employee package benefits
o Performance Issues
Communication
o Day-to-day client communications regarding HR, work hours, performance
o Hold monthly status update calls with clients to discuss activities, projects in development, and upcoming projects and to set expectations for the coming month
o Facilitate culture-related questions with clients
o Escalate client concerns or account growth opportunities to CSMs
Operations
o Coordinate holiday work needs. Identifying which days operational support will be needed in the office
o Confirm with IT teams that hardware and software setup is complete, such as making sure email Offsite is created, client-required software is downloaded to the PC
o Request additional client-requested software or hardware
Skill Set
o Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively resolve client issues
o Organized and able to join CSMs monthly client meetings
o Excellent English written and spoken.
o Strong sense of urgency; the ability to anticipate and foresee jump on client requests as they come up.
o Ensure people development initiatives are properly executed in coordination with HR and Operations teams
