About the job Accounting Manager
Responsibilities include the following:
1. Keep client's books in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
2. Manage month-end closes
3. Assist with payroll and other related tasks such as quarterly and annual payroll tax filings
4. Supervise a team of remote staff
5. Review work prepared by other team members
6. Calls with internal and external customers
7. Work on special projects and other duties as assigned
8. Prepare policies and procedures and training materials for clients and staff
9. Support the Firm by managing administrative functions including general email correspondences
and memos, interfacing with clients, scheduling meetings, and staffing
10. Be well versed with QuickBooks Online and participate in trainings offered by Intuit
