Preferred

  • Experience administering trade shows or projects
  • Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
  • Experience putting together presentations agendas etc.
  • Proficiency with personal computer software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
  • Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills related to: support and troubleshooting with PC & web-based applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Trade Show Coordinator
    • Manage all aspects of corporate trade show activity (planning and tracking) including registering, paying invoices, assisting people with travel plans, ordering materials for the booth, addressing shipping etc.
  • Executive Assistant to VP, Business Development
    • Works closely and effectively with the VP, Business Development to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
    • Assist with processing forms, drafting agendas, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; perhaps assist with completing expense reports;
    • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the VP, Business Development's ability to effectively lead Sales and Partnerships including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; etc.
    • Provide event management support as requested.
    • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization
    • Amenable to work on a night shift
    • Can work on a hybrid set-up
    • Work location: Panorama Tower, BGC, Taguig City
