Position Overview: As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in guiding the financial decisions of the organization by analyzing financial data and trends. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Assist in the annual budgeting process by collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze budgetary data.
    • Monitor and analyze budget vs. actual performance, providing variance analysis and insights.
  3. Reporting:

    • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  4. Data Analysis:

    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  5. Cost Analysis:

    • Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance cost efficiency.
    • Evaluate and analyze product profitability and pricing strategies.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and marketing, to align financial objectives with overall business strategies.

  7. Compliance and Risk Management:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or other related course
  • Atleast 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
