Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the annual budgeting process by collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze budgetary data.
- Monitor and analyze budget vs. actual performance, providing variance analysis and insights.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Cost Analysis:
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance cost efficiency.
- Evaluate and analyze product profitability and pricing strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and marketing, to align financial objectives with overall business strategies.
- Provide financial insights and support to business unit leaders to drive performance improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of financial risks.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in financial analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or other related course
- Atleast 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
