Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to all employee queries related to HRIS, payroll, HR policy and process
Provide solutions (which may be customized in accordance with HR guidelines and/or business targets) and implements HR policies/processes/activities in a dynamic environment
Provide functional expertise regarding HR processes and systems
Ensure data quality in HRIS systems
Maintain current HRIS systems and be responsible for data accuracy management
Partner with HR BP to develop and communicate enrollment and benefit updates to employees
Plan, communicate, and deliver local site benefit events in partnership with HR BP
Act as a "sensor" to the Field HR and proactively "raises flags" when necessary
Communicate and interact effectively with customers and team members of the HR functional area team
Attend to inquiries on the interpretation and administration of company policies on benefits
Participate and collaborate with other HR units in the conceptualization of projects and studies
Work closely with HR service owners to craft targeted messages that will engage customers across a variety of communication channels
Provide input to HR Policies related to LOA administration
Qualifications:
BS in Psychology, Human Resources or any field of study
Experience in US FMLA laws and procedures
Experience in HR Services is an advantage
Nice to have a Spanish speaking background
Excellent customer service skills and team orientation, process-oriented thinking, understanding interdependencies and attention to details
High degree of personal responsibility and work independence
Amenable to work on a night shift
Ca work on a hybrid set-up in BGC, Taguig.
