Now, were looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help shape the future of our platform and ensure that we continue leading the transformation of patent drafting and prosecution through AI.

Your Role

You will own key features and components of our GenAI platform, translating customer needs into innovative solutions while working closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product remains the gold standard in AI-driven patent drafting.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, business needs, and industry trends.
• User Research & Feedback Engage with patent attorneys, agents, and IP professionals to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and evolving needs.
• Requirement Definition Develop clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
• AI & Legal Tech Integration Collaborate with engineering teams to implement advanced AI/ML solutions tailored for patent drafting and prosecution.
• Market & Competitive Analysis Stay ahead of industry trends, patent law changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with UX, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product launches and feature adoption.
• Product Documentation Maintain detailed documentation for features, workflows, and best practices.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-driven products.
• Patent industry expertise Experience in IP, patent drafting, or prosecution is highly preferred. Background as a patent attorney, patent agent, or patent examiner is a huge plus!
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in legal tech applications.
• Technical acumen Ability to work closely with engineers, understand AI-based workflows, and translate technical capabilities into customer-friendly features.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and product analytics.
• Excellent communication skills Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• MBA or equivalent degree is preferred but not required.
