This role focuses on building, optimizing, and supporting high-performance infrastructure for mission-critical, low-latency systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Linux, cloud platforms, automation, and performance tuning, with the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced production environments.

• Expertise in OS kernel tuning, including cgroups, IRQ affinity, and low-latency optimization for trading workloads on both cloud and physical environments.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructures (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Oracle Cloud) including setup, configuration, and maintenance.

• Strong background in infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and custom scripting.

• Advanced Linux system administration and deep troubleshooting skills.

• Proven ability to support production environments, including incident response and rapid issue resolution.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior and executive management (including preference for off-hour support when required).
• Ability to produce clear documentation and perform effective knowledge transfer.

Good to have:

• Understanding of networking fundamentals, leased lines, and techniques for optimizing latency.

• Experience setting up and enhancing monitoring and alerting systems.

• Familiarity with multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Azure).

• Knowledge of performance benchmarking, analysis, and testing methodologies.

• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

• Awareness of financial trading system workflows and requirements.

• Experience with hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Mentoring capabilities and leadership experience within technical teams.
