Key Responsibilities

Product & Business Ownership

• Define and own the application strategy and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Wealth Management business objectives, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Conduct user needs analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking to drive product enhancements and superior user experience.
• Develop clear and detailed product requirements, including PRDs, functional specifications, and interactive prototypes for core capabilities such as market data, trading, investment products, account services, and research/news.
• Monitor post-launch performance through KPIs and user feedback, and lead continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.

Project Delivery & Governance

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from planning and design through implementation and rollout, in line with established governance frameworks.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance) to drive execution and resolve dependencies.
• Provide regular status reporting, proactively identify risks and issues, and escalate as needed with mitigation plans.

Technical Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with engineering teams and solution architects to design, review, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
• Contribute hands-on to application development when required, leveraging relevant technologies:
  • Mobile: Java/Kotlin (Android), Swift/Objective-C (iOS)
  • Web: JavaScript/TypeScript with Vue.js or React; Node.js integration.
