What You'll Do

• Build high-performance trading systems with ultra-low latency
  (including market making, hedging, and arbitrage strategies for derivatives and delta-one products)
• Partner closely with traders and quantitative researchers to design and refine trading logic
• Develop and maintain core trading infrastructure in C++
• Write clean, well-tested code, including automated tests, and participate in code reviews
• Provide advanced (Tier 3) support for production systems when needed

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8+ years of experience developing server-side applications in C++ on Linux (C++14 or newer preferred)
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of:
  • Multithreading
  • Network/socket programming
  • Low-latency system design
• Experience building trading systems or exchange connectivity is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Kafka is a plus
• Strong data analysis skills
• Clear and effective communication in English (spoken and written)
