Key Responsibilities

• Microservices & API Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using event-driven architectures.
• System Design & Cloud Engineering: Operate secure, resilient systems in Kotlin or Java on cloud-native containerized platforms.
• Data & Messaging: Work extensively with high-throughput event streams and relational database systems.
• Delivery & Operations: Implement robust automated testing, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and take full "you build it, you run it" ownership of production services and incident response.

What We Are Looking For

Technical Core:

• Strong expertise in Kotlin or Java for backend development.
• Demonstrated experience designing distributed microservices and event-driven systems.
• Deep experience with API design (including backward compatibility strategies) and multi-level automated testing.
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), container orchestration, and automated CI/CD workflows.

Mindset & Collaboration:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Production ownership mindset with readiness to monitor and support live services.
• Adaptability to modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication within cross-functional teams.
