We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to lead the DevOps team. Along with the deployment and runtime systems, the DevOps team is also responsible for the CI/CD pipelines and the core infrastructure of the Trading platform. 

As a Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we manage our production environment globally — combining hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead, mentor, and train DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning.
• Drive the DevOps strategy, technical roadmap and execution across our global trading production environment, ensuring system uptime, scalability, and performance.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery.
• Lead improvements in automation, deployment workflows, and monitoring systems, reducing manual effort and increasing system robustness and agility.
• Ensure production readiness for new exchanges, trading strategies, and
  infrastructure changes, coordinating across development, trading, and
  infrastructure teams.
• Represent the team in leadership forums, advocating for production priorities, and aligning team objectives with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years work experience in a DevOps, Systems Engineering or similar role and proven success leading technical operations, SRE, or production engineering teams in real-time or low-latency environments.
• Modern deployment system and orchestration experience and associated CI/CD tooling.
• Strong development skills in Python, Golang and shell scripting.
• Demonstrated experience defining and managing SLAs/SLOs, with a data-driven approach to improving reliability and performance.
• Comfortable leading incident response in high-pressure scenarios and building systems that prevent recurrence.
• Exposure to high-frequency trading or low-latency financial systems is a strong plus.
• Skilled communicator who can align business and technical stakeholders, provide clarity under pressure, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Passionate about coaching, developing, and retaining top engineering talent. 
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
