Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise between business stakeholders and IT to implement technology solutions for the securities and brokerage sectors.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct gap analyses and develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and review technical solutions; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create user guides and documentation while participating in project planning and status reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Masters degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in securities, banking, brokerage, or wealth management.
• 3+ years in Java development with knowledge of one or more Java frameworks.
• Strong understanding of securities trading, brokerage operations, and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• English and either Cantonese or Mandarin
