Team / Role
As a Senior Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily paralegal assistance to the General Counsel, which involves drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, contracts, policies, and regulatory filings.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to keep the Legal function informed of evolving regulatory changes in the jurisdictions where the Firm operates.
- Assisting in the implementation and upkeep of the firms compliance program, which includes monitoring regulatory updates, revising policies and procedures, and coordinating compliance-related tasks.
- Managing the Firms corporate records and entity maintenance, including preparing materials for boards and shareholders, maintaining registers, and filing corporate updates.
- Coordinating and overseeing engagements with external counsel.
- Acting as a liaison between the Legal department and other teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment.
- Participating in special projects and initiatives to support the legal function and the broader organization as needed.
Required Skillset

- A Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably along with a paralegal certificate or law degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, particularly within an in-house legal department, demonstrating expertise in a fast-paced, complex legal environment.
- Strong exposure to regulatory and compliance matters is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a high-pressure, deadline-driven setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to research, interpret, and apply legal principles.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal and technical information to both legal and non-legal audiences.
- A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
