IT Client Support Analyst

 Job Description:

My client, an award-winning IT and cybersecurity solutions provider is looking for an experienced IT Services Analyst to join their Hong Kong team. You'll be working closely with their clients, which are predominately in the financial services sector (including Asset Management and Hedge Funds), helping provide high quality services to enhance their everyday IT experience. To ensure personally growth, the IT Service Analyst will get exposure to the client's products and help the evolution of the services they provide.

About the opportunity

On joining the wider IT Services team, you'll be involved in:

  • Onsite and remote support for their financial clients.
  • Helping lead L1 engagements and downstream complex task to the engineering team for solutions management
  • Overseeing the ticketing platform, ensuring requirements are reached within SLAs.
  • Providing support for on-premises and cloud solutions as well as hardware installations, and Office 365 (O365) product lines
  • Partnering on cyber security reports and auditing as well as keeping documentation of incidents to promote continuous improvements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a problem solving mindset
  • Good experience in Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure, especially administration management
  • Experienced in Office 365 (O365) product line and solutions management
  • Proactive, team player mindset
  • Good communication skills in English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus.
