Job Overview:

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and exceptional visual design.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
5. Demonstrated experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
6. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
7. Experience creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
