Senior UX Designer – Wealth Management / Enterprise Products
We're looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a high-performing product team building digital platforms used by financial professionals. You'll help design end-to-end experiences across a suite of web and mobile products, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to solve complex user problems.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end UX design across discovery, ideation, design, validation, and delivery.
- Conduct and apply user research to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate research insights into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
- Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design seamless experiences across interconnected products and services.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
- Apply service design principles to improve end-to-end customer journeys.
- Champion accessibility best practices (WCAG/ADA) throughout the design process.
- Contribute to design systems, best practices, and a strong user-centered design culture.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
- Expertise across UX disciplines such as user research, interaction design, information architecture, and experience strategy.
- Proven experience incorporating user research throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of the complete product design process, from discovery to implementation.
- Experience designing complex web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools, including AI-assisted design tools.
- Experience with service design methods such as journey mapping and service blueprinting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and complex business domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's is a plus).
Nice to Have
- Experience designing enterprise platforms or products within financial services, fintech, or other complex, data-rich environments.
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
