IT Officer - Security and Audit

 Job Description:

Join our client, a leading provider of secure, high-tech business solutions in Hong Kong, specializing in security printing, data management, and document digitization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update audit document control systems, databases, and repositories to organize and safeguard documents, ensuring version control.
  • Receive, review, and log incoming documents, ensuring they meet required audit formatting and naming conventions.
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards to comply with the audit documents.
  • Ensure documents are in compliance with regulatory and industry standards and assist in audits.
  • Assist the company to apply and maintain professional certificates.
  • Execute day-to-day tasks (administration/maintenance/upgrade) on the following security systems: CCTV Monitoring Systems, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Alarm and Burglary systems, and Fire Prevention Systems.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for document management and control.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on document control processes and audit compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the status of document control activities and audit readiness.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of audit reports and findings.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory and industry standards related to audit and certification.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure systems and processes meet audit and certification requirements.
  • Manage and resolve any issues related to audit documentation and certification processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accountable at work with good problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience handling enquiries from auditors with relevant documentation.
  • Knowledge in ISO27001 or PCI-DSS compliance will be an advantage.
  • Working experience in the security-related field will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using document management software and tools.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
